WARRANTY STATEMENT

Gemma Bilbia and the Gemma Bilbia Online Shop offer a one-year warranty for Gemma Bilbia Jewelry and Accessories and a two-year warranty for all other products. It’s essential to note that any implied warranty on this product by state law is limited to the duration of this express warranty.

Gemma Bilbia provides a comprehensive statutory warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded Gemma Bilbia products purchased from authorized Gemma Bilbia retailers or Gemma Bilbia’s own store(s), including online purchases.

The warranty policy is available under the Customer Care section of www.gemma -bilbia.com. It’s imperative to note that the terms of the warranty may vary across markets and regions. It’s important to note that the warranty only covers damage that is not caused by inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or failure to follow Gemma Bilbia’s special product Care Advice, which is also available under the Customer Care section of www.gemma-bilbia.com.

If a product is found to be defective under this warranty, Gemma Bilbia or an authorized Gemma Bilbia retailer may replace it with an identical piece if available or substitute it with a piece of comparable value. The damaged product should be taken to the nearest Gemma Bilbia Shop or an authorized Gemma Bilbia retailer, which will forward it to the local Gemma Bilbia sales company.

To ensure that your products are protected during transport, we advise that you use insured, certified or registered post. Please note that Gemma Bilbia is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft that occurs during shipment.

This warranty service is offered free of charge, but it is recommended that you keep your purchase or delivery receipt, gift receipt, or certificate of authenticity in case you need to make a warranty claim. These documents serve as evidence of purchase and authenticity, and they are necessary to validate your warranty claim. Please note that these warranty conditions apply in the absence of any specific warranty conditions for individual products.

It’s vital that you keep your invoice or receipt as evidence of purchase. For in-store purchases, the till receipt serves as proof of purchase and is required for any warranty claim. Please keep it safe. For online purchases, the delivery receipt serves as the warranty and certificate for each order. To make any warranty claims or similar requests, you must present the invoice or delivery receipt for all online purchases.

These factors include differing jewelry collections across the USA, Asia and Europe, as well as specific collections for our Travel Retail business, unique tax structures, varying price mechanisms, local legal requirements, and logistical hurdles. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to offer exchanges, substitutions, or refunds for products purchased abroad.
