​At GEMMA Biblia, customer satisfaction stands as our utmost priority. Our return policy allows for returns within seven days after receiving your order. Please note that returns are accepted solely for damaged or incorrect items; we do not offer refunds for changes of mind regarding purchases.

Customers seeking returns may exchange damaged or incorrect items for another GEMMA Biblia product or opt for store credit. Kindly be aware that additional charges may apply for size exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• Items must be in new and unused condition; returns may be declined if products show signs of wear.
• All returned products must include original packaging materials and tags.
• A receipt or proof of purchase and waybill are required.
• All sales are considered final, with refunds or returns subject to assessment.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gemma-biblia.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

For in-store purchases, all products must be returned to GEMMA Biblia’s store within seven days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase. Products bought in our retail store cannot be returned through our online platform.

Upon delivery, we advise customers to inspect their items promptly. Should you find a defect or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products, sale items, personalized and engravable items, resized items, and gift cards. If you have any queries regarding specific items, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanging items is most efficiently done by returning the original item and making a new purchase once the return is processed.

Regarding refunds, you will be informed after we have received and assessed the return. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may affect the time frame for the refund to appear in your account.
